Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we receive through fortunovacapital.com, why we need it, who it is shared with and how you can control it.

1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect

Data you give us yourself in the form on the site or when you start a conversation: your name or preferred form of address, email address, phone number or WhatsApp / Telegram contact, a description of your task and an indication of budget.

Technical data collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, language, referral source, pages viewed and actions on the site, cookie identifiers.

We never ask for passport details, bank card or account numbers, health information or other special categories of data through this site. Please do not send them in the form.

3. Why we process it

• to answer your enquiry and prepare a shortlist with the full calculation;
• to correspond with you about your request, including through messengers;
• to support the transaction if you decide to proceed;
• to send shortlists and informational material, only if you have separately agreed to receive them;
• to measure site traffic and quality in aggregated form.

4. Legal basis

• your consent, given when you submit the form or start a conversation;
• steps taken before entering into a contract, and performance of a contract once concluded;
• our legitimate interest in operating the site and preventing abuse;
• requirements of applicable law.

Processing is governed by the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). If you are in Russia, processing is carried out on the basis of your consent with regard to Federal Law No. 152-FZ. If you are in the EU or EEA, the legal bases set out in the GDPR apply.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing. Data may be processed by:

• Tilda Publishing, the site and form platform that hosts the pages and receives enquiries;
• web analytics services: Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and the VK / Top.Mail.Ru counter, limited to technical and aggregated data;
• the communication services we use to reply to you: WhatsApp, Telegram, Google email;
• a developer, seller or Thai lawyer, only in relation to a specific property and only after you have asked us to make that enquiry.

6. International transfers

We are based in Thailand and the services listed above host servers in various countries. By submitting data through the site you accept that it may be processed outside your country of residence. We work only with providers that commit to data protection consistent with applicable law.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries and correspondence are kept for no longer than three years from your last contact, unless a longer period is required to perform a contract or by law, for example documents relating to a completed transaction. Analytics data is retained for the periods set by the respective services. After that data is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you; ask us to correct inaccurate data; withdraw consent and ask us to delete your data; object to processing or ask us to restrict it; and obtain a copy of your data.

Send your request to Liubovfortunova@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If you believe your rights have been infringed you may complain to a supervisory authority: in Thailand, the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC); in Russia, Roskomnadzor; in the EU or EEA, your local data protection authority.

9. Cookies

The site uses cookies necessary for it to function and web analytics cookies. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may then not work correctly. You can opt out of Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics collection through those services settings and opt-out extensions.

10. Minors

The site is addressed to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always published at fortunovacapital.com/en/privacy with the version date shown at the top of the page.
